It's a promise to stand behind your case, not a promise about the decision: no one can guarantee the outcome of an immigration application.
Applies to applications we prepare under our Complete and Priority packages, where the refusal carries a right of appeal (partner and family routes, for example). Visitor visas, sponsor licences, Skilled Worker visas and British citizenship have no right of appeal (only administrative review or reconsideration), so the guarantee doesn't cover them; if one is refused, we'll advise on the fastest way forward.
